Hot Dog! We have a weiner! A serious KLYAM fave is in the haus. Shannon and thee Clams aka Shannon And The Clams is back in Boston on Wednesday, November 20 at Great Scott. Dayemmm, it feels like we just saw these guys the other day…. back in June we caught the Clams opening for Mikal Cronin, also at Great Scott. The New Highway Hymnal Isolation EP Out This Fall
KLYAM local favorites, The New Highway Hymnal are releasing an EP this fall entitled Isolation on limited edition cassette via Vanya Records. The EP release show is tentatively scheduled for Friday, November 8th at O’Brien’s Pub where the band will be sharing a bill with Night Beats! Ahh Wavves. Just days ago they shared a stage with The New Highway Hymnal at the Paradise and apparently they couldn’t get enough of it. That’s right, you’re neverrr gonna stop Nathan and his cronies from coming back to Boston, making this their third appearance in our fair city this year alone. The date is Tuesday, October 1 and the venue is the Sinclair in Cambridge. BUT WAITTTT. The mighty King Tuff and Flo Rider’s garage kings, Jacuzzi Boys are opening. Class acts all the way.
Fagettes added to Hunx show @ Brighton Music Hall (8/23/13)
One of our favorite Boston bands The Fagettes are opening up that awesome upcoming Hunx and His Punx show we’ve been raving about for months now. The show is at Brighton Music Hall on Friday, August 23. Hunters and 2pretty are also playing.
Oh yeah and listen to Hunx’ latest LP Street Punk (Hardly Art). It’s the punkest album of 2013!
