The synth/electronic riff whatever you call it really makes this tune. Other than that, it sounds pretty generic like Smash Mouth or something. Wanna be garege. It came up on Jay Reatard radio on Pandora. Interesting selection.

SOTD: Animal Collective- Summertime Clothes
In general, this song always puts me in a fantastic mood, not easily topped by other tunes, but on this particular day with a glimmer of warmer weather, I am rocking out to this in my summertime clothes!

The verdict has not been reached on whether Tomboy will top Person Pitch, but that Person Pitch album is a keeper. Song of the Day: Best Coast- Summer Mood
With this number Bethany definitely achieves her objective of making the listener feel at the beach no matter where they are. And right now in January in New England I could really use the warmth of the sun; at least this ditty puts me in a Summer Mood :)
Currently Best Coast has teamed up with Honorary KLYAMers Wavves for the “Summer is Forever” tour and both will be appearing at Boston’s Paradise Rock Club this Friday, February 4.
