For some reason Ham doesn’t feel right singing it, but for obvious reasons I think The Walkmen’s instrumentation is much better. ’80s vs. ’10s. C’mon, guys.
Kids Like You & Me (KLYAM) 
I’ll have to go with the original though this is solely based on its association with the Vacation films, aside from that I don’t like the song in general and wouldn’t if said association never existed.
I like the Walkmen cover a little better, they always seem to add a little extra to whatever song they cover (and they do alot of covers)
This is true Andrew, have you heard the Leonard Cohen covers. Those were actually my introduction to the Walkmen; they are outstanding.
