Kids Like You & Me (KLYAM) 
This is from a French language TV show called “Mange ta ville” (Eat your town). They are interviewed by a woman reporter and they answer questions in French. Mark gets tongue-tied and speaks of being in favour of “chaotic sex” and this causes Khan to laugh. The video appears to have been shot around Griffintown or perhaps Pointe St Charles, it would make sense as it is near a recording facility that they were using at the time. You can get the whole interview if you want it’s on the internet.
