  1. Black Lips aren’t number one, or even on the list. Fuck this[/Glen]

But seriously, you can’t argue with a show that stopped Boston from going up in flames. Especially if it was James Brown putting on that show. And Glen, I know you’re thinking “This James Brown guy is the poor man’s King Khan,” but it’s kind of the other way around.

Love ya Glen, but shitting on you is really, really, really, really, really, really fun.

  2. It’s neither when it comes to King and Brown, neither is anyone’s poor man. And I myself don’t agree with the list, then again, how can I argue, if I wasn’t in attendance, but I really dug the stories behind most of them, which clearly was the reason many of them were chosen. Btw, the list was compiled in ’06 before any of us regularly attended shows, also before the Black Lips became a bigger name and/or became a better band. Though those two qualities shouldn’t directly affect each other. I really really would have loved to see RAGE at the Paradise, considering after that tour they probably only played arenas. Perhaps one day they will play a special show at the Mid East like Aerosmith :). Doubtful! cause Aerosmith is from New England, hence playing a small club for their homeboys.
